Sizing & Fit

What size should I order?
Most My Yas pieces are designed as one size or in a relaxed, generous fit. Use our Size Guide for general sizing and Carthage Abaya garment measurements. For measurements of another style, contact us before ordering.

Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. We offer easy size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at our contact page to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $150. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $150.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Australian orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders: 9–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Pre-orders have a later dispatch date shown on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Care

How should I care for my My Yas pieces?
Most garments are hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Velvet pieces should be dry cleaned. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
