Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
